We do recommend testing your ebook files on different platforms to see if you like the way they display before you submit them to your distributor. These tests can also catch markup errors that you may not have caught after importing your content to Pressbooks.

-- goes "oops". FWIW, this is true of many of the links you have in Pressbooks.
It appears when generating the epub version of a book, that a portion of the process says "testing"...which implies Epubchecker is being run. But nothing is said anywhere that I can see to verify that.
